Which out of these two creams is better, and why? (ingredient wise etc.)

Both products contain potential irritants, but, if you have to choose, then go for 100% JASMINE GREEN TEA MOISTURIZER. I recommend this because it lists a variety of anti-inflammatory and antioxidant ingredients such as green tea, calendula, and licorice extract, for examples. Each ingredient has good research support claims on their skin benefits.
The other product, Delizioso Skincare Green Tea Antioxidant Moisturizer SPF 30 is not recommended because it is in a jar packaging. All of the wonderful antioxidant will go to waste because of their air, light, and oxygen sensitivity.
You can get effective and more affordable creams from Neutrogena, Olay, and Paula's Choice.
