please please please help! in so much pain?

I woke up at 530 this morning feeling very nauses and when i awoke at 630 for work i had this pain right under my rib on my left side, its 609 pm now and the pain is still going strong, i thought it may be gas but its been hurting now for 13 hours and i have had peppermint tea and gas tablets, what is causing all this pain?

I believe that it is gas. Gas in the body can get trapped and cause sharp pains in werid places like under your ribs,etc. I would call and go to your doctor since everything you have tried has not help. Please go to the doctor or clinic so you can get help fast and know what's wrong.
